Jessica Lee RD, BSc
Jessica Lee, BSc, RD is a Registered Dietitian with the College of Dietitian of British Columbia and a member of Dietitian of Canada. Jessica currently works as a clinical dietitian at Kidney Care Centre of Fraser Health. Also, she had 3 years of experience at Long Term Care. She worked as food service supervisor with Fraser Health Authority since 2017 in a variety of settings. She had been a clinical dietitian in acute care in Taiwan for seven years, as well as one-year experience of weight management consulting. She is also fluent in Mandarin.
Jessica specialized in Gerontology nutrition, Diabetes Mellitus including Gestational Diabetes Mellitus, Chronic Kidney Failure, Hemodialysis, and Weight Management. She also expends her interest in custom designed meal plans, Yoga & Meditation, and Sports nutrition! Jessica believes as a registered dietitian, she must be well versed with where food comes from, and how one’s culture impacts his or her eating patterns. As such, she enjoys seeking out new flavors and exploring different cuisines locally and abroad. When she is not travelling, she will be busy keeping up with the latest food and health trends and shares her passion for food with others.
