Welcome to the second edition of RunUphill’s Knowledge Nights presentation series: Running Nutrition.

Have you ever experienced GI distress mid-race or the dreaded ‘bonk’? We certainly have but it doesn’t have to be this way! What you eat and drink before, after, and during your runs plays a big role in performance, recovery, and overall health.

Come learn about nutrition specific to runners from elite distance runner and sports nutrition coach Sandra Kilmartin.

Sandra is a registered sports dietitian, competitive runner, and lover of the outdoors. After completing her Bachelor's of Science in Food, Nutrition, and Health from the University of British Columbia, Sandra obtained her sports nutrition diploma through the International Olympic Committee and started her own private practice, No Sweat Nutrition. Sandra combines her athletic experience with her passion for nutrition to help athletes of all ages train, perform, recover, and live life at their best.
