Sauce ingredients :

soy sauce
Instructions
Cook one cup of quinoa in one cup of water for about 10 minutes.
Mix sauce ingredients together : brown sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, chili powder, ground pepper, chia seeds, garlic and ginger.
Saute the beef in olive oil and garlic until it's fully cooked.
Sautee some baby spinach in olive oil.
Assemble the bowl by combining the cooked quinoa, beef and spinach.
Garnish it by topping with some more green onion and chia seeds, enjoy!
