1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. In a bowl, whisk 3 tbsp sesame oil with soy sauce, vinegar, honey, ginger, and garlic until smooth. Set glaze aside.
2. Place broccoli florets and shallots on a sheet pan lined with aluminum foil. Drizzle with olive oil and remaining 1 tbsp sesame oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss well. Roast for 5 minutes.
3. While broccoli and shallots roast, pat dry the salmon fillets with a paper towel. Season with salt and pepper.
4. After broccoli has roasted 5 minutes, move broccoli to the edges of the pan. Place salmon fillets in the center of the pan. Brush with the glaze. Roast 12 minutes or until done. Garnish with hemp hearts and 1/2 a lime.
