Executive Assistant for BC Dietitians

Part-time Contract Executive Assistant

Hours will start at 8-10 Hours per week with growth potential.

The primary purpose of this role is to work closely with our CEO, Amy Chow, in managing day-to-day business activities and projects. Responsibilities include organizing and managing event planning, coordinating appointments, overseeing email inboxes, working with and creating systems, and communicating with clients, community members, and partners. A strong attention to detail is essential as tasks and routines can transition quickly, requiring a high level of versatility. This is a part-time, contract position with the potential to expand into more hours and responsibilities as the role develops.

 

This Position is Remote, but the candidate must be willing to meet in person in the lower mainland (Vancouver / Fraser Valley) a minimum of once per month and for events (Once per quarter on average)

 

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Administrative Assistance abilities
  • Proficient in organization and time management
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Experience in the healthcare or wellness industry is a plus
  • Previous experience with Canva, QuickBooks, Notion, Social Media Platforms is an asset
