I am an experienced dietitian who can help you make changes that you enjoy and that can help to reduce risk or delay progression of chronic disease (diabetes, heart disease, fatty liver, dementia, and cancer), improve energy levels and mood, and can change body composition (if desired).

    I offer one-one-one nutrition coaching, where we review your unique situation to develop a plan that works for you. Sessions include science-based tips and support, problem solving, action planning, and reviewing strategies to help you maintain these behaviours in the long-run. Health decisions are not just simply about knowing what to do, but also depends on your environment, life situation, daily thoughts and emotions, and more.

    My mission is to help you work through the barriers that are holding you back and create long-lasting habits, so that you can make the most out of life.
