When Sandra isn't working as sports nutritionist or running, she enjoys just about every outdoor activity (mountain biking, hiking, camping, snow boarding, cross country skiing, kayaking) and training her cat, Midnight.
Sandra is a running sports dietitian and International Olympic Committee graduate. Sandra wanted to combine her athletic experience with her passion for nutrition to help athletes of all ages fuel their training, recovery, performance, and busy lives. That's why she started No Sweat Nutrition. Whether you are working towards your next marathon pb or just starting on your exercise journey, Sandra can develop a nutrition plan that suits your lifestyle and goals.

Sandra works with all types of athletes but has a special interest in endurance sports including, track and field, road running, marathon running, trail running, ultramarathon/ultra running, triathlon, ironman, road cycling, gravel cycling, mountain biking, and cross country/nordic skiing.
Approach: Sandra believes that all athletes are unique and their nutrition plans should be tailored to their individual needs and goals through a client-centered, non-judgmental approach.

Sandra has over 6 years of experience working in many areas of practice including HIV care, pediatrics, gastroenterology, and oncology.
Although there is no formal certification to wear the title of sports dietitian in Canada, Sandra wanted to further her education to provide the best possible knowledge and expertise to her clients. Sandra completed her sports nutrition diploma through the International Olympic Committee, which involved 2 years of study with guidance from international experts in sports nutrition. Sandra is also committed to playing an active and meaningful part in decolonizing dietetic practice.
