About
  • I am a registered dietitian with a master's degree in public health. Finding the most accurate and up-to-date information is important to me and I welcome your unfiltered inquiries about your health. My goal is to advocate for your goals and I invite you to be a partner in this process! I enjoy working with prenatal/antenatal clients to support the journey into parenthood, children for issues related to picky eating, and individuals with chronic conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, and heart disease.   Other than seeing clients one-on-one, I facilitate group education workshops, write blog articles, offer consulting services for healthcare and senior living including menu audits, and engage in research activities on diabetes and food insecurity.

Interesting Facts

One thing that you might discover while working with me is that I enjoy being creative in my approach to nutrition and food! I wrote an illustrated children’s book called, “Elliot HATES His Lunch!” which has been featured on NBC News. I want to explore the bounds of nutrition with unique approaches to empower my clients to achieve their goals.
