Interesting Facts

One thing that you might discover while working with me is that I enjoy being creative in my approach to nutrition and food! I wrote an illustrated children’s book called, “Elliot HATES His Lunch!” which has been featured on NBC News. I want to explore the bounds of nutrition with unique approaches to empower my clients to achieve their goals.
