Structure of Routine Packages
Each Routine Health package has a distinct clinical focus; however, the structure of services in each package is similar and outlined on the web page.
Meal Plan Options and Add-Ons
Dietary patterns available for the design of Meal Plans include vegetarian, Mediterranean, or low-carb and keto (previously offered through a dedicated low-carb division). All routine Meal Plans can be designed from an anti-inflammatory perspective, at no extra cost.
Add-on nutrition education is available for all Routine Health packages on topics such as improving iron absorption from food, reducing constipation and hemorrhoids, alleviating symptoms of GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disorder) and acid reflux, gout, hiatus hernia, diet to help prevent kidney stones, and macular degeneration.
Multicultural Meal Plans
I specialize in multicultural Meal Plans and have in-depth knowledge of the food and cultural practices from many regions, including parts of Asia, South Asia, North and Central Africa, the Caribbean, the Middle East, the Balkans, and the Mediterranean.
