  • Hello! My name is Katrina and I help women stop overeating, yo-yo dieting, and stressing and obsessing over food and their bodies. I help them re-establish a more nourishing relationship to food, regardless of what the scale says, so that they can eat ALL food without losing control and feeling guilty.

    My passion for nutrition started at a young age where I was fascinated by the science behind nutrition and human health. But as my career progressed and after years of struggling with my own relationship to food and overcoming it, it became evident that it was my calling to help other women do the same.

    It truly breaks my heart that MOST women struggle in some way with their relationship to food. They constantly think and stress about food and their body. They feel out of control around food. And feel guilty, shameful, or like a failure for eating something “bad”.

    This isn’t what life around food needs to look like. It’s possible to eat ALL food without losing control, feeling guilty, or depriving yourself of the foods you love, all while being healthy with a stable weight.

    It’s my mission to help this become more women's reality so that they can live a long, healthy life that doesn’t revolve around the foods they can’t eat because they’re worried about the scale.

    My approach is simple: I focus on helping you reconnect with your body, ditch diet culture, and rewire the way you view food so that you can find the balance between eating for health without sacrificing enjoyment.
