About

  • If you feel successful in most areas of your life - but when it comes to weight loss, it feels inconsistent and frustrating - this is for you.

Long workdays, stress, family, travel, and eating out make strict plans difficult to maintain. Even when you know what to do, staying consistent can be the hardest part.

We work with busy professionals who are tired of starting over and want a structured, sustainable approach that fits real life.

Not another short-term diet - but a way of eating for life - so you can keep the weight off.

    Perhaps you:

    • Feel overwhelmed by all the conflicting nutrition information online and don’t know what to eat.
    • Eat well during the day... then struggle with stress eating or overeating at night.
    • Rely on whatever’s easiest or most convenient when life gets busy.
    •  Go through periods of being “on track”, then falling “off track” when work, travel, or family demands come up.

Many clients come to us after trying Weight Watchers, Noom, keto, fasting, calorie tracking, or simply “eating healthier” on their own - approaches that may have worked temporarily, but didn’t feel sustainable.

Often, what’s missing isn’t motivation or discipline. You’ve already been trying.

What’s missing is clarity, structure, practical systems, accountability, and an approach that works with your lifestyle, rather than against it.

The goal isn’t simply to lose weight for a few months.

The goal is to lose weight while building the skills and habits that help you keep it off for life.

If you’re ready for a more sustainable approach, let’s connect.

Interesting Facts

1. Consistency > Perfection.
I live by the 80/20 rule - eating whole, healthy foods most of the time, while still enjoying foods like chips, chocolate, and meals out once in a while. Because the more we restrict, the more it tends to backfire - we crave those foods even more.

2. I love weight training and walking - and encourage clients to include it if possible! Getting steps in is an underrated weight loss tool - especially with a sedentary job. Weight training builds muscle to boost metabolism and body composition beyond weight loss.

3. Our approach is designed to work during busy weeks, travel, and social plans - not just when life is calm or “perfect". That’s rarely the case and if anything, it’s even more important that we learn how to manage our eating habits during those times, because it will inevitably come up again and again.
