    Fueled by a lifelong love of food, sparked by my mother's traditional recipes and natural remedies, I became a Registered Dietitian to empower others with the power of food. As a mother of young kids, I understand the complexities of modern life, especially for busy families.

      I am trained in the low FODMAP diet for IBS management by Monash University. I also offer guidance on managing other gastrointestinal conditions, such as reflux and fatty liver disease.
