  • If you are looking to feel and eat well, we can help! At Branco Nutrition, we offer both individual and group coaching as well as support other community members and organizations who are committed to improving health and wellness.

    Erin is a registered dietitian and alongside her husband Paulo, they started Branco Nutrition to support the Prince George community through food and nutrition.  We are also fortunate to have a second dietitian-Beth join our team to support clients.

    Individual Clients for 1:1 Support
    We offer customized nutrition coaching for individuals who want to embrace nutrition and improve their health.

    Our packages include a one-on-one initial comprehensive nutrition consultation, personalized nutrition education and tools, follow up sessions or checkins and your choice of communication method.

    Gut Health Package

    This package is for you if you:

    Have IBS, Crohn’s or colitis and want to heal your gut
    Have food intolerances that leave you with uncomfortable and unmanageable symptoms
    Have been told to try the low FODMAP diet but don’t know where to start
    Want evidence-based nutrition information and guidance from a registered dietitian

Interesting Facts

I have had a passion for digestive health since my role as a clinical dietitian post surgery, and I love working with clients to heal their gut, find their triggers and help clients eat and feel well through nutrition and mindful eating.
