About

  • Are you struggling with your relationship with food, your body, or your performance? You're in the right place.

I'm Lisa Podlecki, a Registered Dietitian based in Vancouver, BC, with over a decade of experience supporting two groups of clients I care deeply about: individuals navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, and athletes looking to fuel smarter and perform better.

Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, working through a complicated relationship with food, dealing with the effects of Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), trying to figure out how to fuel your training and racing, or chasing a personal best — I offer compassionate, evidence-based care that meets you exactly where you are.

My approach blends clinical expertise with real-world understanding. As an endurance athlete myself, I know what it means to train hard and show up day after day — and I also know that sustainable performance means learning to listen to your body, not just push through it. I bring that lived experience into every session — alongside my IOC Diploma in Sports Nutrition and specialized training in eating disorder care.

At Oak Tree Nutrition, sessions are virtual and available to clients across British Columbia. I work collaboratively with physicians, therapists, and coaches to provide whole-person, team-based care.

Whether you're looking to heal your relationship with food or unlock your next level of performance — I'd love to support you.

Interesting Facts

#1 I absolutely love being outdoors — it's one of the main reasons I moved to Vancouver. Trail running and road or gravel cycling are two of my favourite ways to explore and recharge.

#2 I'm a summer girl at heart and happiest when I can spend long, sunny days outside.

#3 I feel deeply connected to the ocean and make a point of visiting it every day.

#4 My favourite food is (and always will be!) chocolate chip cookies. There's almost always a batch in my freezer.

#5 Yoga teacher training was one of my most transformative experiences — a time of self-discovery, learning, and growth.

#6 My ideal day starts slow, with a cup of matcha or coffee on my sunlit balcony. I'd head out for a long bike ride with a friend, then unwind by the ocean with a good book. The evening would end with a picnic at sunset… or, on a rainy day, a trail run with my group, followed by a sauna and a cozy night in.
