About
  • I have had an interest in food and nutrition for as long as I can remember. I got my Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition from Saint Francis Xavier University to learn how the science and psychology of nutrition impacts our health and wellness.

I currently work in long term care as well as private practice, where I work with individuals to meet their unique nutrition needs. I am also a member of Dietitians of Canada and the College of Dietitians of BC.

I help you make sustainable changes to your eating habits, whether you want general healthy eating to increase energy, chronic disease management (such as diabetes or high cholesterol), or just to know you are taking care of your body. Nutrition goals are created considering your unique challenges, lifestyle, and preferences. I also work with people in eating disorder recovery.

Our clients are intelligent people like you who know the value that they contribute within their own areas of expertise. Who recognize they need professional expertise to help them get un-stuck in their eating.
