Emotional intelligence (EQ) is an essential skill for providing caring, personalized, and effective healthcare. This interactive webinar will cover the basics of EQ, focusing on building emotional awareness to improve self-understanding. You'll learn about the Six Seconds EQ model and its three core pillars (KCG) to help you recognize, understand, and manage emotions—both your own and your clients'.
This session also includes a group coaching component, offering participants an opportunity to explore a high-level assessment. By enhancing your emotional literacy, you can foster a deeper connection with clients, manage complex emotions effectively, and ultimately improve your impact on client outcomes.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, we will cover:

6) Applying EQ in Practice: Practical Scenarios and Reflective Exercises
7) Access additional resources for ongoing practice in emotional literacy, empathy, and self-awareness
