The decision happens before you meet them face-to-face.

Speaking and workshop opportunities. Paid engagements. Bookings that come in steadily instead of in waves. Books that keep selling.

Every one of those depends on someone else saying yes—and they’re deciding on a page, on their own, without you there to explain anything.

Most pages don’t lose them because the expertise is thin. They lose them because the page describes what you do instead of showing who it’s for and what you’re the one for. The reader can’t place you, so they keep looking.

That’s two or three specific decisions on the page.

And it’s nearly impossible to spot on your own—simply because you’re too close to your own work.

And when your expertise isn’t visible, the people who would benefit most from your support never get the chance to find you.

People spend hours on Google “researching” a solution for their health problems and trying to make a generic meal plan work for them. They are overwhelmed by quick fixes, influencer tips, and “hacks” from social media gurus (who may or may not have the same training).

You know what they truly need is qualified, evidence-based guidance from an experienced dietitian who has helped hundreds of others…

Someone like you.

And your expertise deserves to be seen, heard, and trusted.

How It Works

1

Choose a page.

Home page, services page, speaking page, sales page. Whichever one is carrying the most weight right now, pick one and link it through the form below.

2

Share your goal.

What are you aiming for? Speaking, bookings, book sales? Name it in the form. Also include what's actually happening on that page instead. A few sentences is plenty.

3

Get your action plan.

Within 5 business days, you'll receive a link to a Notion space with your action plan. This plan includes a personalized video naming the three things standing between your page and the person deciding, in the order to fix them.

Is Your Page Ready For Them to Decide?

You’re already creating opportunities to be seen. The referral from a colleague. The podcast episode. The conference bio. The SEO or ads bringing people in. The book you published that carries your name.

Every one of those ends in the same place: someone looking you up.

When someone refers you, the page has to back them up.

A colleague vouches for you, and the person they sent goes to check. The page either confirms what they were told or quietly undercuts it. You’ll see which one yours is doing.

When you’re being considered, the page is the due diligence.

Organizers and clients are comparing you against people making the same claims in the same words. You’ll see which lines on your page are indistinguishable from everyone else’s, and where your actual differentiator got left out.

When traffic arrives, the page decides what happens next.

Search, ads, social, a podcast mention. Getting someone there is the expensive part, and it’s already done. You’ll see where attention is getting lost once it lands.

When your name comes up, the page is the answer.

Someone hears about you and looks you up. What they find is the version of you they’ll act on. You’ll see whether that version matches the expert you actually are.

A clearer page can’t create the opportunity. What it can do is make sure the ones you’re already earning don’t get lost on arrival.

Meet Your Strategist

Alyssa Sangalang is a website strategist and the founder of Contrast Collective, the studio behind the BC Dietitians website. She works with experts whose websites don’t yet reflect the depth of what they do and who they are.

Most of her clients aren’t invisible. They’re being misread. The page reads as “a dietitian who helps with food” when the person behind it has 10+ years of clinical specialization and an unrepeatable point of view…

But the reader never finds that out.

Equipped with a BSc from UBC bridging computer science, science communication, and life sciences—as well as experience as the sole user experience (UX) designer for one of the leading accessibility firms in North America, Alyssa has helped experts land media opportunities, field the right inquiries and brand partnerships, and make their expertise unmistakable through websites that make it easy for people to say yes.

Alyssa & her clients have been featured in:
⚡️ UBC Science
⚡️ CBC

This is a good fit for you if...

✔️ You have a live page you can share a link to

✔️ You're a registered dietitian in practice—private practice, group practice, or building toward one

✔️ You'd rather know what's costing you the yes than be told the page looks good

✔️ You're ready to change something based on what you hear

✔️ You're someone who values human expertise and won't cross-reference with artificial intelligence

This is NOT a good fit for you if...

❌ The site isn't live yet. Submit once it is, so the review is based on something real.

❌ You want every page audited (that's a bigger, separate piece of work).

❌ You expect to immediately get clients from applying the fixes. (Your website is part of a bigger infrastructure. Reviewing your page helps set you up for success for the rest of your website.)

❌ You're looking for someone to write and/or design the page for you this week. (That's a separate scope that we can discuss!)

Let's get your page yes-ready.

Frequently asked questions

Not at all. The review is about whether it earns the yes, not whether it’s pretty. Some of the most effective pages are plain.

Any platform is fine! Everything in the video is something you can implement yourself.

One page per person for this round—it keeps the feedback specific instead of scattered. Pick the one that carries the most weight in your practice.

No. You’ll see what needs to change and why, with enough direction to make the change in your own words. Your voice stays yours.

It’s yours to keep! Make sure you download the video and notes to your computer within 7 days so you have it accessible.
