My toddler has taught me me more about nutrition and food than any text book could!
I provide personalized and compassionate support through virtual nutrition assessments, education and counselling. As a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Educator with over 8 years of experience, I have supported people living with Diabetes, Chronic Kidney Disease and Heart Disease.
I understand the obstacles of navigating meal planning, cooking and feeding ourselves and our families. There is a lot of information available and it’s hard to know what to believe or trust. Respecting everyone as a unique individual, I am committed to creating an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported.
