  • Hey there, I'm Alessandra, your Kelowna-based Registered Dietitian. I grew up cooking with family recipes, then blended my Foods and Nutrition degree, hospital internship, and Culinary Arts Certificate to make healthy eating fun and doable.

    I mix hands-on cooking skills like perfecting seasoning blends or whipping up bean based meals with smart nutrition know-how. Whether it's leading cooking workshops for healthy aging, auditing university menus for Gen Z protein trends, or helping you ease into plant-based meals and intuitive eating, I focus on empowering you to sauté, season, and flavour your way to feeling great without rigid diet rules.

• B.Sc. Foods and Nutrition; Honours specialization in Nutrition & Dietetics (2012 - Western University)
• Comprehensive Dietetic Internship Program (2014 - Toronto’s University Health Network)
• Culinary Arts Certificate (2023 - Okanagan College)
• Licensed and in good standing with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
