  • I’m a Registered Dietitian (MSc) with a strong clinical foundation and a deep respect for the experience people bring to food and health. My work supports individuals in stepping away from diet culture and building a sustainable, enjoyable relationship with food—one that supports both physical health and quality of life.

    I work with people who feel stuck in binge–restrict cycles, emotional or stress-related eating, or long-standing habits that no longer serve them. Rather than focusing on rigid rules or “willpower,” we spend time understanding why these patterns exist and how to create change that feels realistic, supportive, and lasting. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence, while remaining flexible and individualized.

    I bring three years of clinical hospital-based experience across acute and outpatient care in renal, cardiovascular, and metabolic nutrition, which informs the way I think about longevity, healthspan, and chronic disease prevention. This includes supporting blood sugar regulation, cardiometabolic risk factors, and overall metabolic health in a non-diet, nuanced way that prioritizes sustainability over perfection.

    In my private practice, I also enjoy working with clients on food literacy, intuitive eating, and building practical structure around meals and snacks. This often includes supporting individuals with ADHD, decision fatigue, or limited time and energy to feel more prepared and confident around food—whether that means simplifying grocery shopping, creating flexible meal routines, or finding approaches that work with varying capacity.

    I believe food is meant to be both nourishing and meaningful. Alongside its functional role in supporting the body, food is also connected to culture, joy, and community, and deserves to be savoured. Holding space for both evidence-based nutrition and these broader aspects of food is central to my work and to helping clients feel more at ease and confident in their nourishment.

I am definitely a connoisseur of hobbies. When I am not talking about fibre I love to play soccer, cook (and EAT), ski, scuba dive, craft and do amateur improv.
