Whether you’re chasing a marathon PB, training for your first ultra, or learning to fuel consistently after injury or burnout, Sandra helps make nutrition practical, personalized, and empowering.
Sandra’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, meeting each client where they’re at and creating realistic plans that fit their lifestyle, values, and goals.
