About
  • Sandra is an ultrarunner, International Olympic Committee graduate, and founder of No Sweat Nutrition - a practice built on expertise, empathy, and real-world experience. She has expertise in ultramarathon fueling, Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport (RED-S), hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA), and eating disorder recovery.

Blending her background as both an athlete and dietitian, Sandra helps clients fuel for performance, recovery, and everyday energy—while rebuilding trust with food and body along the way. Whether you’re chasing a marathon PB, training for your first ultra, or learning to fuel consistently after injury or burnout, Sandra helps make nutrition practical, personalized, and empowering.

Sandra’s approach is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and collaboration, meeting each client where they’re at and creating realistic plans that fit their lifestyle, values, and goals. Sandra believes that all athletes are unique and their nutrition plans should be tailored to their individual needs and goals – no cookie-cutter nutrition plans here!
