About

  • Terry Lok, BSc, RD
Registered Dietitian | Sports Nutrition | Performance & Tactical Athletes
Are you training for your next race, looking to improve your strength and recovery, or trying to balance performance with a demanding career? I help athletes and active individuals develop practical nutrition strategies that support performance, recovery, and long-term health.

As a Registered Dietitian, former UBC rugby player, and Emergency Medical Responder, I understand the physical and mental demands of training, competition, and shift work. My approach is evidence-based, personalized, and focused on building sustainable habits rather than restrictive diets.

I work with endurance athletes, CrossFit athletes, rugby players, cyclists, first responders, and recreational athletes of all levels. Whether you're preparing for your first marathon, optimizing race-day fueling, returning from injury, or simply wanting more energy for training, we'll create a plan that fits your goals and lifestyle.

My professional background includes clinical oncology nutrition, sports nutrition consulting, and healthcare leadership, allowing me to support clients with both performance optimization and complex medical nutrition needs.
