I have been a dietitian for many years(over 30-ulp!) but it wasn't until I discovered the Health at Every Size philosophy and began to use Intuitive Eating that I overcame the war with my own body. Having survived menopause myself(barely!) I love teaching woman strategies to optimize their health while finding food freedom and body confidence in midlife.
