I've been there, and I’ve helped many women like you find balance, vitality, and a sense of control over their health again.

    I believe that food is more than just fuel—it's a powerful tool that can help us feel our best, especially during the transitions that come with midlife. Nutrition can help you manage your energy levels and support your long-term health as you navigate the changes that come with aging and menopause.

    A bit about me:

    I’ve been a dietitian for over 30 years and through all those years, I’ve learned that true health isn’t about restriction or perfection—it’s about finding what truly nourishes you, inside and out.

    My own journey through menopause taught me the power of embracing change and finding a way to work with my body instead of against it. Now, I’m passionate about helping other women do the same.

    I’m lucky to call the beautiful Okanagan home, where I’m surrounded by stunning landscapes. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me hiking with my two rescue dogs, diving into a good book, or writing my no-nonsense blog filled with straightforward strategies for women to thrive in midlife.
