About

  • Nicole is a Registered Dietitian who adopts an ‘all foods fit’ based approach and is passionate about helping her clients improve their overall health and well-being through nutrition and/or fitness. Nicole is also a Certified Personal Trainer for and frequently uses a combined approach food and fitness to assist clients in achieving their goals.

    She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a Specialization in Dietetics at the University of Alberta in Edmonton. She completed 11 months of internship experience in various specialty areas, and has also completed her 2 year Diploma in Sports Nutrition with the International Olympic Committee. Nicole is a member of the College of Dietitians of British Columbia, and has been practicing for 4 years as a Clinical Dietitian with Alberta Health Services and Vancouver Coastal Health.

    Nicole provides nutrition counselling and support for a variety of health conditions and challenges including:

    Sports Nutrition
    General Healthy Eating
    Weight Repletion
    Building Muscle Mass
    Chronic Disease Management (cardiovascular health, chronic kidney disease, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure)

Interesting Facts

Outside of her professional practice, Nicole loves playing volleyball, weightlifting, figure skating, and baking. Nicole believes in practicing intuitive eating, building a healthy relationship with food, and developing life long, sustainable nutrition habits.
