About

  • Registered Dietitian, Master of Public Health, and former Red Seal Chef with experience in both mental health and hospital-based nutrition care.

I believe healthy eating should be realistic, flexible, and enjoyable—not restrictive or overwhelming. Whether you're managing a health condition, looking to improve your relationship with food, or simply working toward better overall health, I strive to meet you where you are and work alongside you to achieve your health and wellness goals.

I completed my dietetic training at the University of British Columbia and my clinical practicum with Island Health. Throughout my career, I have worked as a clinical dietitian across a variety of acute care settings, including neurology, emergency medicine, oncology, surgery, renal care, and general medicine throughout the Lower Mainland.

I also spent several years working in tertiary mental health services, supporting individuals living with complex mental health conditions. This experience strengthened my passion for the connection between nutrition, mental health, and overall well-being, and continues to inform my client-centred approach to care.

To further my interest in health equity and population health, I completed a Master of Public Health in Social Policy at the University of Victoria. I currently work as a Policy Analyst with the BC Ministry of Health, where I contribute to health system initiatives aimed at improving the health and well-being of British Columbians.

My approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I work with clients to develop realistic strategies that fit their lifestyles, preferences, and goals.
