Hi, I’m Kirsten. I work with both adults and adolescents, particularly when mental and physical health challenges are part of the picture. Whether you’re facing a new diagnosis or have been navigating challenges with food for some time, I’m here to help.
I take a client-centred, educational, and individualized approach to nutrition care. That means our work is guided by your unique experiences, preferences, and goals—not rigid rules or one-size-fits-all advice. We’ll work together to better understand your nutritional needs in the context of your overall health and life circumstances.
My goal is to equip you with the tools, confidence, and clarity to make meaningful, sustainable changes.
Our sessions go beyond just food—we’ll explore your history including medications and bloodwork, your current challenges, and the barriers that may be getting in the way. This includes unpacking beliefs and emotions tied to eating, and supporting a more compassionate, flexible relationship with food and your body.
I also welcome the involvement of family or support people to foster long-term success. Wherever you are on your health journey, I’ll meet you there—with curiosity, respect, and care. Together, we’ll find realistic goals that align with your values and support the life you want to live.
