  • I offer non-judgemental, evidence-based nutrition support for adults and children, focusing on ADHD, fertility and prenatal nutrition, PCOS, and disordered eating/eating disorders. I work with people who want to support their bodies with nutrition but feel overwhelmed by conflicting advice and are unsure where to start. My approach is practical, flexible, and empowering — providing clear strategies to support your energy, hormones, and overall wellbeing without rigid rules or the pressure to be perfect. Interesting Facts

I am passionate about global health equity and have volunteered in Mombasa, Kenya as a Registered Dietitian with International Medical Aid. I have also been a UBC Dietetics program interviewer for their undergraduate and masters nutrition programs.

I also love to sail (cruising and racing) and have plans of buying my own sailboat and working remotely.

Credentials and Experience

I completed my BSc in Foods and Nutrition at Western University in London, Ontario followed by post-graduate studies at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine to become a Registered Dietitian. I have been in practice for the past 10 years providing individualized nutrition care. I have additional training including Eating Disorder Education for Registered Dietitians, Advanced Emotion-Focused Family Therapy, Family-Based Therapy, and Choices and Changes: Motivating Healthy Behaviours.
