• Experienced eating disorders and disordered eating dietitian, offering virtual and in person nutrition counselling to help improve peoples’ relationships with food and their bodies. Experienced with youth and adults.

In my private practice I have had the privilege to work with a wide variety of clients including children, teens, adults, and families. My therapeutic approach to nutrition counselling for eating disorders and disordered eating is dependent on the unique needs of my clients and their concerns. My approach is designed around the beliefs that our relationship with food can be improved through effective, short-term intervention.

My goal is for clients to be at peace with food and wholeheartedly feel good in their bodies. I practice from a Health at Every Size, non-diet perspective which includes compassion and kindness. I’m easy to talk to and non-judgmental. I’m here to support you and your nutrition goals, wherever you’re at!
