Hi there! My name is Sara, and I am here to support you with crushing your athletic goals while breaking free from diet culture! Whether you are an elite or varsity athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking to incorporate more movement into your busy life, I’m excited to support you in feeling your best both mentally and physically.
As a weight-inclusive dietitian, I specialize in helping athletes of all shapes and sizes improve their performance while fostering a healthy relationship with food. I work with athletes across BC participating in a variety of sports, including endurance and ultra-endurance sports, running, trail and mountain sports, and team sports. My approach centres on intuitive eating principles to enhance body awareness and trust, while combining the latest sport nutrition research to guide you in finding an eating pattern that aligns with your individual health, performance, recovery, and enjoyment needs. I work collaboratively with my clients, creating a supportive environment grounded in self-compassion and curiosity.
When I am not supporting my clients, you will find me out on a run in the Kelowna trails, hiking up one of our BC mountains, or on the hunt for the best cinnamon bun!
