About
  • I recognize that reaching out and making the decision to explore your relationship with food can be a deeply personal and a difficult step. Please know it is my goal to create a welcoming and safe environment, that is free from judgement and shame. I believe food is so much more than its nutrients, and seek to help clients discover truly satisfying ways of eating that provide nourishment for both physical health and mental well-being. I am committed to providing inclusive care to all individuals, regardless of background, identity or body size. I practice trauma-informed care, and am continuously educating myself with the Health At Every Size (HAES) framework to best provide weight-inclusive care to all patients.

I work primarily with clients with eating disorders and disordered eating, and use a non-diet and weight-inclusive approach. I am passionate clients understand the science behind their bodies and nutrition, so they are able to challenge diet beliefs and live a life with food freedom.

I hope you’ll find science, empathy and humour included in each of our sessions together.
