About
  • I'm Sam and it's so nice to meet you! I'm a Registered Dietitian (RD) with an integrative and functional nutrition approach. I work with women with IBS, SIBO, endometriosis and PCOS. I'm based in Vancouver, but my office is virtual so I'm able to work with clients all across British Columbia. My approach is holistic, because I recognize that your health is one big interconnected web. The unfortunate truth is many people suffer from multiple conditions, but our healthcare system often treats each one individually. Did you know that 10 to 52% of women with endometriosis also battle with IBS?

In my practice I consider your full health history, to provide you with a personalized path to symptom relief. Working with someone who knows what you're going through can have its advantages, and girl I get. I have IBS, PCOS, and endometriosis. As someone who personally understands the frustrations of dealing with a chronic illness, it's become my mission to help others who feel like they've fallen through the cracks of our healthcare system feel seen, heard, and get the help they need.

Interesting Facts

1) I moved to Vancouver from Toronto in 2021 and don't plan on ever going back, the mountains, forest, and ocean have my heart.

2) I spend most weekends hiking, skiing, exploring new cafes, or curled up on the couch with a good book

3) I have a business degree as well, and use to work in product innovation and marketing!
