  • Hi there, I’m Jill Worboys, a Registered Dietitian.

    I’m passionate about helping people through nutrition education and counselling to support overall well-being. I take a whole person approach that considers not just what you eat, but how food fits into your life, your goals, and your health journey.
    My practice is weight inclusive, which means that we focus on health-promoting behaviours and having a good relationships with food rather than the number on the scale. I believe that everyone deserves respectful, compassionate care—free from judgement—so we can work together to improve energy, manage symptoms, and support your body’s needs at any size.

    I specialize in practical nutrition support for chronic pain, healing relationships with food, chronic disease prevention & management and GLP-1 Inhibitor support.

    I currently offer virtual appointments to residents throughout British Columbia, and I am excited to be offering in-person sessions in Vernon, BC soon!
