Live Zoom sessions will be held every Thursdays from 6-7pm PST from October 2 - December 18, 2025.

In Craving Change you will

1) Understand WHY you eat the WAY you do.

2) Uncover your eating triggers.

3) Comfort yourself without food.

Each week you will sample the Change buffet and learn behaviour change strategies in an small group towards a positive relationship with food.

Learn HOW to improve your relationship with food while adjusting your mindset.

1 hour Group sessions x 12 weeks with weekly check in support, accountability and sample the Change Buffet each week. Bonus  session on "Keeping the Change” will be scheduled as a follow up session in January 2026.

This program includes your Craving Change Workbook, weekly meetings, online modules and mid-week check in chat to keep you accountable. Facilitated by Melanie Chapple, Registered dietitian and Certified Craving Change Facilitator.  “Change your thinking, Change your eating.”
