  • Hi, my name is Melanie and I have a passion help women who struggle with weight loss and emotional eating to transform their relationship with food and be in charge of their eating.

     

    I help my clients make empowered eating choices with self awareness, mindset shift and personalized meal planning to achieve sustainable weight loss without giving up chocolate.  You can finally lose unwanted weight while maintaining lean muscle, eliminate feelings of guilt and shame from unintended eating and feel comfortable in your clothes.

    I provide expert nutrition support for people living with liver disease.  I also work with clients to optimize their heart, gut and mental health. Interesting Facts

I love to be active outdoors everyday; Whether it is sitting and smelling the flowers or walking or biking to enjoy the scenery. I have three healthy children and we enjoy mountain biking and camping in the summer or skating and snowmobiling in the winter. Sharing tasty and colourful recipes satisfied me!
