Poppy Ma

Poppy is a registered dietitian, a certified diabetes educator, and a certified insulin pump trainer, specializing in adult and pediatric diabetes management. She completed her bachelor's degree in Dietetics at McGill University and master's degree in Eating Disorders at University College London. With a passion for helping individuals achieve their health goals, Poppy employs evidence-based and culturally adapted strategies to create personalized nutrition plans that empower clients to take control of their well-being.

In addition to diabetes management, Poppy has a strong focus on infant feeding and pediatric food allergy management. She understands the unique challenges that families face and work collaboratively with parents and caregivers to ensure that children receive the nutrition they need for healthy growth and development.
