Frankie started her career working as a clinical dietitian in the acute care setting where she had a wide variety of clinical experience including oncology, renal, ICU, general medicine, neurology and long-term care. Frankie has also worked as an outpatient dietitian where she has gained experience in women's health including menopause and pre and postnatal nutrition, bariatric and weight management, diabetes, IBD, cardiovascular health, celiac disease, vegan/vegetarian diets and general healthy eating.
Frankie is currently working as a dietitian in the private healthcare sector doing full-time nutrition consulting. She is passionate about women's health - particularly fertility, pre and post-natal nutrition and menopause, plant-based nutrition (vegetarian and vegan diets) and cardiovascular health. She is committed to helping her clients find a nutrition plan that meets their unique lifestyle and helps to optimize their overall health using the latest evidence-based nutrition guidelines.
In her spare time you are likely to find Frankie outdoors running, experimenting with new tasty recipes (usually with music blaring), practicing Pilates, or reading.
