1. We don’t believe in “perfect” eating - consistency matters far more. We live by the 80/20 rule - eating well most of the time, while still enjoying foods like chips, chocolate, and meals out once in a while. Because the more we restrict, it backfires, and we crave that food even more!

2. I love weight training and walks - and encourage clients to include it if possible! Getting steps in is an underrated weight loss tool - especially with a sedentary job. Weight training builds muscle to improve metabolism and body composition.

3. Our approach is designed to work during busy weeks, travel, and social plans - not just when life is calm or “perfect". That’s rarely the case and if anything, it’s important that we learn how to manage eating during those times because it will inevitably come up again and again.
