    What to expect -

What your journey with me will look like depends on where you're starting. I always meet my clients where they're at. This sometimes means starting with gentle foundational changes, if you're farther along in your journey we may take a more intensive approach.

Examples of what your plan may include:

    • Step-by-step guidance through therapeutic diets (used only when needed and always time-limited)
    • Recipes, meal planning tools, and practical guidance to help you implement changes without overwhelm
    • Tips for eating out, navigating flares, traveling, and managing changes on a budget to help you keep up your progress without having to put life on hold
    • Targeted supplement recommendations so you know exactly what to take, why, and when, stop guessing and overspending
    • Testing when appropriate by collaborating with qualified practitioners to gather deeper insight when dietary strategies alone aren’t enough
    • Environmental modifications to reduce toxic burden and lower systemic inflammation (patient population specific, ex. endometriosis)
    • Stress and nervous system support to calm flare-ups and improve symptom regulation
    • Exercise recommendations tailored to your condition (I have a personal training background)

Improvements many of my clients experience :

    • Regular bowel movements (1-3x daily, formed like a banana)
    • Reduction or complete elimination of bloating, gas, and abdominal pain
    • Improved energy and mental clarity
    • Increased tolerance to foods and ability to enjoy foods more liberally
    • Fewer flare cycles and greater confidence navigating daily life, travel, and social situations
    • Improved hormonal and metabolic markers (blood sugar, cholesterol, insulin, inflammation) when relevant
    • More regular menstrual cycles, reduced pelvic pain, and improved fertility outcomes (PCOS & endometriosis)
    • Less sugar cravings
    • Sustainable weight changes and body composition improvements when clinically appropriate
    • Reduced chronic disease risk
    • A better understanding of their condition and what's happening in their body
    • A healthier relationship with food and greater sense of control over their health
