I'm Sam and it's so nice to meet you! I'm a Registered Dietitian (RD) and integrative and functional nutrition certified practitioner (IFNCP). I specialize in gut health and women's health, but I also support those who simply want to feel better day-to-day, increase energy, improve nutrition habits, and optimize their health.
I'm based in Vancouver, but my office is virtual so I'm able to work with clients all across British Columbia.

What your journey with me will look like depends on where you're starting. I always meet my clients where they're at. This sometimes means starting with gentle foundational changes, if you're father along in your journey we may take a more intensive approach.
Examples of what your plan may include:
- Step-by-step guidance through therapeutic diets (used only when needed and always time-limited)
- Recipes, meal planning tools, and practical guidance to help you implement changes without overwhelm
- Tips for eating out, navigating flares, traveling, and managing changes on a budget to help you keep up your progress without having to put life on hold
