Liz provides evidence-based nutrition counselling that focuses on meeting you where you are. More than anything, she is passionate about helping people move away from restrictive dieting to heal their relationship with food and their body.

Graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Dietetics.
Completed a Dietetic Internship with the Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA)
(included experience in sport nutrition with the Canadian Sports Institute, oncology nutrition at the BC Cancer Agency, paediatric nutrition at BC Children’s Hospital, and more)
Worked as a Clinical Dietitian at Vancouver General Hospital (VGH) providing relief coverage in a variety of areas, including General Surgery, ICU, Burns & Trauma, Transplant, Geriatrics, Neurology, Palliative Care, and Acute Medicine.
In 2017, she started her own private practice, Yaletown Nutrition, in order to help more individuals in the community feel empowered with their food choices and at peace with food.
