  • As a Registered Dietitian, Liz provides evidence-based nutrition counselling through an individualized coaching approach centered around your needs and goals. More than anything, Liz enjoys sharing her passion for healthy eating by working one-on-one with people. Liz will help you to find success in developing a lasting, healthy relationship with food, which results in improvements in energy, confidence, and overall quality of life.

Credentials and Experience

Liz graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship with the Provincial Health Services Authority, which included experience in sport nutrition with the Canadian Sports Institute, oncology nutrition at the BC Cancer Agency, paediatric nutrition at BC Children’s Hospital, and more. She began her career at Vancouver General Hospital providing relief coverage in a variety of areas, including General Surgery, ICU, Burns & Trauma, Transplant, Geriatrics, Neurology, Palliative Care, and Acute Medicine. She currently works part time in Geriatrics at Vancouver General Hospital, as well as in private practice part-time at Yaletown Nutrition.
