Hi there! My name is Sara, and I am here to support you with crushing your athletic goals while breaking free from diet culture! Whether you are an elite or varsity athlete, a weekend warrior, or simply looking to incorporate more movement into your busy life, I’m excited to support you in feeling your best both mentally and physically.
As a weight inclusive dietitian, I specialize in helping athletes of all shapes and sizes improve their performance while fostering a healthy relationship with food. My approach centres on intuitive eating principles to enhance body awareness and trust, and I combine this with the latest sport and nutrition research to guide you in finding an eating pattern that aligns with your individual health, performance, and enjoyment needs. I work collaboratively with my clients, creating a supportive environment grounded in self-compassion and curiosity.
Additionally, I help with the management and prevention of chronic health conditions through evidenced based nutrition strategies. I have experience working with those with diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, celiac disease, osteoporosis, and digestive concerns.
When I am not supporting my clients, you will find me out on a run, hiking up one of our BC mountains, or on the hunt for the best fish taco!
